Buying or selling a home in the Villas?
Sellers will need to provide buyers with The Villas at Town Center HOA's Governing Documents (in pdf form below - Villas Governing Documents entire packet). Often the contract offered will designate when this information must be shared. All buyers should be diligent to fully understand our Association's covenants, conditions, and restrictions prior to closing. HOA dues are currently $1,850 annually - $925 in January and July.
Homeowners can print or download this packet and email it to agents and potential buyers. PMI Metroplex can provide a printed version to agents or buyers, or email a pdf. PMI will also provide a printed copy to those who request it on the re-sale certificate.
